Yes. Each pack has a centre opening designed to sit around a pump flange, so it stays in place while you express hands-free.
Rest the pack in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes, then dry the cover before use. We recommend the warm water method rather than the microwave until supplier heating guidance is confirmed.
The fabric cover is removable and washable. The gel pack itself should be wiped with a damp cloth and dried fully, not put through the machine.
Two is the easier routine: keep one chilled and one ready to warm, so you never have to wait. A single pack works well if you mainly use one temperature.
They are designed for repeated use over months. Replace a pack if the cover wears through or the seam is damaged.

Really excellent, used as a hot compress to increase milk production and it's easy to operate. Fits perfectly around the pump. Pleasant to touch. Just put on the breast, not heat in the microwave, I heated it and it swelled up, it's recommended not to do that.
